Background and/or back story information important to your character’s plot line:
• The Del Bosque line can be traced back on her father’s side to long before the beginning of the Spanish Inquisition - her great-great-great-great grandmother Eva was famous for being burnt (read: using a freezing charm) at the stake. In fact, she loved the whole witch trial business (she said it showed imagination and initiative from muggles) that she was purposely captured and burnt at the stake at least 16 times. Zora’s family is almost "ancient" and appeared quite suddenly in wizarding society, but nobody can remember how, why or when it happened.
Zora’s mother is a beautiful Russian witch, who is a sort of famous painter of wizarding portraits. Her mother’s family is from an old, wealthy and powerful line too, but it’s shrouded in mystery and controversy as it is believed her great-great-grandfather practiced dark magic.
Zoraida has attended both normal schools and Wizarding schools. Her father is a Spanish ambassador for The Spanish Ministry of Magic, they used to live in Russia and Asia, but were transferred from her mother’s homeland to England when she was 12. Zora also has an older brother Tomás, who's not married and works as a broker for the family business, he was also a DE and hurt mysteriously during the fire in Woodcroft.
She moved with Natasha to Woodcroft after school but decided to leave England after the horrible fire. She has spent time abroad in Spain, Russia and Egypt trying to deal with and understand what happened at Woodcroft.
• Zora found a small child all by himself, lost in the flames, as she escaped from Woodcroft the night of the fire. Since then Jeremiah, the name Zora gave him for he couldn’t remember his own, has attempted to find his family but it seems like Jeremiah has none. She has taken him in and is now sending him to Hogwarts this coming year.
