Family - Parents’ and/or siblings’ names: Sterling was adopted by a kindly wizarding family from an orphanage outside of London when he was 4 years old and started to show signs of becoming a wizard. He doesn't know who his biological parents were, although his adoptive parents seem to think he's half and half - his father a wizard and his mother a Muggle. His adoptive mother (Anne) was killed by a DE when Sterling was 12. He was raised by his father, Rodney. and his two brothers - James and Westin who both work at Gringotts.
Sterling is very open and friendly, many consider him to be a bit on the "blond" side as he often comes off rather naïve at times. He's never afraid to speak his mind though. Sterling is loyal to people that he considers to be his friends – and if crossed, he could make a very bad enemy - but he can't seem to hold a grudge for very long either, he is too good natured for that.
Background and/or back story information important to your character’s plot line:
• Sterling arrived back from a Quidditch game, he had just started playing professionally for the Caerphilly Catapults in Wales, at Woodcroft as the fire brok. He was able to save a few mementos before his flat was in flames.
Sterling has not gone back to Woodcroft, however he still gets a little sad when he thinks back to that evening.
After leaving Woodcroft, a year and a half later Sterling was drafted to be chaser for Puddlemere United and hasn’t looked back. Sterling is just recently divorced from Cindy Slughorn, Mr. Slughorn’s favourite niece.
